Dive into 2018 by taking the plunge to protect wild salmon. Calling all swimmers & wild salmon lovers to join the 2nd Cortes swim for wild salmon on Sunday, January 14,11:00 am at the Gorge Marina. Hot tub open to all swimmers who take the plunge! Meet at the bottom of the Gorge Marina boat ramp. This is a family friendly event, so young & old are all welcome

The swim is an event to offer public support for the Namgis and Musgamagwa Dzawada’enuxw campaign to remove fish farms from their territory, and to raise funds to support their campaign. If the plunge seems beyond your imagination, come to cheer the swimmers and bring a donation for the cash jar
