On April 22, 2005 the much anticipated NEW Sunset Restaurant opened its doors for business. This night was the first of three consecutive opening nights, and it featured a Mexican cuisine. Marc, Natalie, and staff were excited, the renovated interior was chic, and the evening was fully booked. Saturday was Greek night and Sunday was a traditional turkey dinner.
