We did it! After many long hours of tedious slogging through party platform documents, the Watershed Sentinel has trimmed the fat and produced a thorough, detailed, organized-by-topic comparison. Where they Stand, What they Say...
Our sincere thanks to those of you who took the time to send in your questions and concerns. They reflected a wide diversity of environmental and social concerns, and helped shape the topics we focussed in on. Unfortunately we lacked the time and person-power to track down specific answers to all of the questions, but we believe that most of them are answered in the platform points (or in some cases lack thereof…).
We decided to include the BC Liberals after all, to offer a more comprehensive comparison and a broader view of general political posturing on the various topics you brought to us.
And… we made linked PDF’s, so you can jump straight to the section you want from the cover page or go from the topic links on this page.
Now you can know EXACTLY what they have promised - which may or may not be worse than arguing from imagination. BC Election 2017 Platform Comparison – EnvironmentBC Election 2017 Platform Comparison: Social JusticeBC Election 2017 Platform Comparison: Green Jobs-Just Transition
Please share this message widely - all this work will be worth it if it helps people VOTE!
