On April 12th, 2017 Quadra RCMP received a report of mischief to a vehicle on Industrial road in Quathiaski Cove. Unknown suspect(s) damaged the door locks on a truck attempting to gain access and/or steal the truck. The truck was an older Ford pick up truck which is a common vehicle for thieves to steal because of how easy it is to force the ignition.

On April 19th, 2017 at around 3:15pm Quadra RCMP received a report of a theft from a vehicle that just took place in the parking lot of the Quadra Harbourside medical office. Two suspects were observed breaking into a car at that location and then leaving in a green pick up truck. Two local suspects have been arrested in this incident and their names will not be released until formal charges have been laid. If you have any information regarding this incident please contact the Quadra RCMP.

On April 24th, 2017 Quadra RCMP were called about people yelling and causing a disturbance who were associated to a small vessel that was stuck during low tide in Quathiaski Cove. Police attended and ensured that all parties were safe and that a plan of action was established to have the vessel moving as soon as possible.

If you have any information regarding an incident or crime please contact the Quadra RCMP at 250-285-3631 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
