Co-op Café - Greg
Join us for the flavours of exotic India on Thursday, May 4th at the Co-op Café (must reserve by May 3) with the final Dream Cuisine series dinner.

5:30pm or 7:30pm
$30/person, $18/kids

Appetizer
Baked vegetable samosas
served with an apple and onion chutney

Main Accompanied with rice and naan
Saag Aloo: Spinach, mustard greens and potato cooked in delicate herbs and cream
Lamb Vindaloo: Fragrant and fiery stewed lamb

Dessert
Homemade ice cream with spices of masala chai.

Carly Mersereau followed her love of bread and butter to Paris where she trained and apprenticed as a pastry chef. She cut her teeth in the bakeries of Toronto but has recently traded in the skyscrapers for the towering trees of Cortes.
