Cortes Co-op - Greg
This Thursday night, January 26th, chef Lucy Robinson provides an exquisite Mexican 3-course dinner .

Starter
•Fresh made salsa with Abuelo Vancouver Island made corn chips

Main
• Two local salmon tacos (veg option available, bean and cheese taco) w/homemade corn tortillas, guacamole, mango salsa, chipotle & tangy sour cream, topped w/purple cabbage and cilantro
• Mexican seasoned potato and yam pan fries
• Green salad w/citrus vinaigrette

Dessert
• coconut flan, dairy free

Entire evening gluten free

Two sittings available: 5:30 & 7:30pm
$30/person. Limited space.**

When Lucy first moved to Cortes nine years ago, she enjoyed cooking with the team at Hollyhock in their beautiful kitchen. She then went on to cook for tree planters in a couple camps around BC. Lucy loves cooking a variety of ethnicities with her favourite being Mexican. She looks forward to feeding the community.
