I do a run of Port and Sherry once a year, and this is the time. (This is "regular" Port, not the Orange Chocolate Port, etc.) It's organized as a group project with each person receiving five bottles. I do it as close as possible to the traditional method and it takes about ten months -- we'll start it now and it will be ready in November. Both the Port and Sherry get very positive reviews.
