I see voting rights and strategy as a local issue, as well as a federal and provincial issue. Cortes impacts of climate change are very much on my mind - the higher tides, the intense winds, the wild fire haze, the fear of an island fire.... If the Conservatives win, we will have continued inaction. As I sit here without electricity due to storm winds (even while knowing that much worse impacts are felt by others), I feel this election and its consequences could not be more immediate. It would be a shame for Harper to win if that is not the will of the electorate and strategic information was not available to communities who want it.

If our newly configured riding had existed in 2011, the Conservatives would have won by 4.3%
Vote Together aims to help us avoid splitting the vote by posting recent polls in swing ridings and encouraging people to vote for the leading non-Conservative candidate.
