Introduction to Pressure Canning

At this hands-on workshop all participants will have numerous opportunities to practice the techniques explained. We will make two different pressure canned items, one vegetable and one fish. Everyone will take home 2 jars of delicious preserved food! We will also discuss general canning safety, and best food preserving practices in terms of safety, energy, ease and time.
