All rooms are generously sized with cedar lined closets. In-laid hardwood floors and plush carpeting await you throughout the home. The living room offers vaulted ceilings and a floor to ceiling fireplace. Doors lead you out to the sun drenched, south-west facing deck. The wrap-around, multi-level deck with built in benches is partly covered for those who would sit and read in the shade. For the sun worshippers, there is outdoor furniture on which to lounge and relax. The beach house sits on over half an acre, including a creek with several waterfalls, and mature landscaping throughout. Smelt Bay Provincial Park is only ¼ mile away, where at low tide you can stroll and explore the expansive white sand beach with its plentiful marine life and beautiful, peaceful surf.
