On November 29th, 2014 Quadra RCMP received a report of tires being slashed on a low bed trailer that was parked on Carrington Bay road on Cortes Island. The owner reported that four of his tires were slashed sometime overnight.
On November 30th, 2014 Quadra RCMP received a report that someone had cut the chain at the entrance to a property on Coulter Bay road on Cortes Island. There was no theft or other damage reported.
On December 2nd, 2014 Quadra RCMP conducted a traffic stop on a male in Quathiaski Cove. The male provided two breath samples into an approved screening device both of which resulted in a fail reading. The male was issued a 90 day driving prohibition and his vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
The RCMP wants the public to enjoy the holidays with family and friends but please don't drink and drive.
