Thank You to all our young writers for submitting their work this year, the calibre of writing was excellent!

A big Thank You to all of our judges for taking the time and consideration in the judging process, and for offering such thoughtful and encouraging feedback. The Young Writer's Prize is judged anonymously by a panel of volunteer judges from the community.

The Young Writer's Prize is a chance for youth to strengthen and sharpen their skills as creative writers, and to receive acknowledgment and support from the community. This competition would not be possible without the anonymous donors who so generously donated the prize money which first began this great program.

Literacy Now intends to keep this competition going on a yearly basis, so keep up the writing, and keep sending in your stories!
