Ron Kroeker
I called BC Ferries to complain about the survey, specifically that no implications for the Cortes ferry are given for the two BC Ferries options they want our feedback on. The response is below FYI. Note the wording "any possible changes".

Dear Ron,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us with your feedback. I regret to hear you are dissatisfied with the survey pertaining to the lack of specified schedule options for service level adjustments pertaining to the sailings between Quadra Island and Cortes Island. There is a section for survey options for route 23, between Campbell River and Quadra Island, which is the first step in considering any possible service changes. Once service changes are identified for route 23, we will have a better indication of any possible changes to route 24, service to/from Cortes Island.

If you have not already done so, we welcome you to participate in the survey and share your preferences and comments. The survey can be accessed on our website at the following link: http://www.bcferries.com/about/publicconsultation2/2014_service_Level_adjustments/
In addition, you are welcome to provide me with any feedback you wish, pertaining to service between Cortes and Quadra and we will be certain to have your feedback registered for consideration.

Again, thank you for writing and allowing us the opportunity to respond to your comments.

Kind Regards,

Christine McKenzie
