Today June 21st, the longest day of the year and first day of summer, Canadians celebrate National Aboriginal Day. It's a day to recognize the unique cultures and contributions of our country's First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
This is for a very special eldest of the elders at T'oq village. A big smile, hug ,and toast to the friendship, wisdom and wit you've shared with me throughout the years. And to another friend who comes from a different First Nation for all you've done and continue to do for the community at large.
