I was wondering if there is anywhere on Cortes that I might find a fast enough internet connection for live streaming so that I could watch the walkers from the Journey of Nishiyuu enter Ottawa after their mythic journey from Northern Quebec to Ottawa? Occupy Toronto is live streaming the event from 12-5pm EDT, so 9-2 our time. If you don't know about this Journey, I would invite you to check it out on www.nishiyuujourney.ca
It is a journey that started with 5 young men and 2 elders from the Cree Nation on Hudson's Bay (Quebec side) traveling on their ancestral trade routes about 2 months ago. They have WALKED about 1500km (mostly on showshoes) and have picked up others as they have passed through Algonquin and Mohawk territories and now number about 250 walkers. It is a quest for Unity amongst the Nations and all of Canada. They walk in support of INM but it all started with one young man who had a vision for his people to be happier and healthier, especially the younger generations. It is an inspiring and awesome story that I have been following from the beginning and I was just sick that I couldn't be in Ottawa in person to witness their arrival on Parliament Hill, where they hope to have a face to face with Mr Harper.

Anyway, if anybody might have a connection that would work for this, I would be grateful if I could utilize it for awhile. Thanks so much!
