Connect mind, body, breath and movement as you build strength and flexibility through Ashtanga yoga. Move through a sequence of poses, developed by Sri K Pattabhi Jois, designed to heal and strengthen the body. In this class people will be introduced to the Ashtanga Primary Series. Students will learn sun salutations, the standing asanas and first part of the primary and closing sequences

With commitment to the mat Ashtanga can unfold as a transformational practice where dedication and awareness open the door to peace of mind and full body health and vitality.

Feb 8th to 29th
Wednesdays 3:30 to 5:00pm
at Moonhill - 742 Sutil Point Road
$40 = 4 x one and a half hour classes
Please pre-register to reserve your spot - maximum 8 participants. Drop in allowed 1st two classes.

Completing the course, students will be able to join the Ashtanga practice group at Moonhill.
