May 2012 be filled with good health, community spirit, optimism and adventure for all of us.

Tideline 2012
We are starting fresh with all the free ads on the business pages (not the classified ads). All have been erased, and will be on a monthly basis to keep it fresh and current. Please go to the business listing of your choice (Inside Pages >> Businesses and Groups) to find your category. One free ad only please, pick the category that fits best.

Don't want to repost every month? Our rates are very reasonable, and for $75.00 a year you can have your business card or photo on the Tideline year round. For $95.00 a year you also have product pages which you may update for free at any time! (More>>Sponsorship Levels) We are happy to help set up your advertising. Contact us:

What's in a name?
This continues to be a struggle, even though the rules are easy and straightforward.

If you post an article and leave out contact info (name and email or phone), it will not get posted. This is not only for community sensitive articles. This is for everything: yoga postings, firewood sales, organization updates etc. If you post it under a fake name, it won't get posted either. If you want to sell something, the same rules apply; use your real name and contact info. If we discover that you have abused this policy, we will remove the ad, and it will not get reposted, even if you have decided by that time that you are ready to use your own name.

Usually posts appear on the same day. If you don't see your ad, please email us (possibly you omitted your email address and we have no way of letting you know), or repost it.

Emailing the Editor: use and you will get a reply. Use our personal email addresses and you might get a reply, and you might not.

Photos; If you want to upload a photo in the gallery and are not having any luck, you can email it to us:
Make sure you include a short description and we will post it for you, under your name, with your email address.

Thank you all for using the Tideline in 2011. We had 206,886 visits to the Tideline in 2011. That's an average of 17,240 visitors a month. We are looking forward to a busy 2012 with lots of good content.
