Learn this moving meditation, healing process, exercise for longevity and relaxation and self-defense.
Judyth received permission to teach from Grandmaster Cheng Man-Ch'ing in 1971 and has continued teaching for 40 years. Her focus is on balance, centering, relaxation, flexibility and health.
Beginning T'ai Chi teaches the first section. No experience necessary.
Continuing T'ai Chi reviews and completes the entire short Yang Form as taught by Grandmaster Cheng Man-Ch'ing.
