There are several places still available in the OFA 010 course, so please call Mary Gordon at North Island College (935-6442) to register as soon as possible. This WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid course will be held at the Gorge Hall on Friday, May 6 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
The course includes an introduction to CPR, choking and hemorrhage control, and minor wound care according to WSBC Regulations. It is excellent for all workplaces and is required by many employers. Some previous knowledge of first aid/CPR is advised. Picture ID must be brought to class. WSBC certification is valid for 3 years. Cost is $125 and includes the text.
