Ground and Grace - November 13th, Cortes Island

A natural ease and alignment arises when we feel our feet, settle into to the substance of our own body, and move in connection with whatever situation we may find ourselves in. In this workshop, we will begin by centering inwards and nurturing our own root system - preparing the ground so that our roots, in turn, can nourish and support us. Using our 5Rhythms® movement practice, we will cultivate our connection to ‘what’s below’ so that we may move strong, supported, and deeply connected - both to the ground of our own being and to the life-force that dances through us all.
