Jodi Forster sculptural mask exhibit now on display in the Campbell River Public Art Gallery Lobby. This is a powerful display of work in wood, copper and hide with African seed beads and horse hair. The exhibit also includes recent examples of Jodi's stained glass series in watercolour and ink. The display continues until October 18, and then moves to Reflecting Spirit Gallery in Ucluelet and will be on display there until late spring.
If you haven't had a chance to see this showing, it is well worth a stop at the CR Art Gallery. Jodi says "It feels really good to see this work as a collection and I'm thrilled to have it at the Gallery and moving on to Reflecting Spirit in Ucluelet next."
