Notices, Workshops & Rides: Freezing point of wine & beer
Good to keep an eye on these things if your goodies are in an unheated place.
A general rule of thumb is for each percent of alcohol you're good for 1 degree below freezing. So, wine should okay to about -11 or 12 and beer to about -5. If the temperature hovers around these points it will take a few days for things to freeze solid.
