Cold therapy is a scientifically researched method with surprising health benefits. From a boost to the immune system, reduced stress to improved mental health. This winter, I'm looking for individuals that are interested to meet with me once or twice a week do the breathing exercises and afterwards have a relaxed soak in the lake or Ocean. This takes about 30 min per session. And it is free!
