by donation Awaken from the inside out – start your day breathing, stretching, moving, and warming up from the inside out. All levels welcome if you have a mat or props please bring them! I invite you to come once a week or 5 times a week.

This class is suitable for everyone who wishes to feel rejuvenated. Using props to ease gently into each pose for many breaths. Helps with resorting your body, calms the mind and nervous system, releases tension and detox's as you build flexibility.
Beginner Vinyasa Flow
Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's 9 to 10 am
New to Yoga! Want to build a fresh practice. Please join me using weekly inspiration themes as we flow throw a sequence of movements. To stretch, strength using our breath to take us deeper into each pose (Asana). This is a mild pace class!
