Fri-Sun. July 2-4, Dorje Ling Dharma Centre is honoured to host a weekend of teachings by the noted Courtney-based Tibetan Buddhist monk, Geshe YongDong.

Meditation can be a powerful tool to heal our bodies, our hearts, and our minds. These teachings are suitable for students of all faith traditions and any experience level.

Registration is $10, and teachings are by donation. Teaching may reach capacity, so please register in advance if possible.

This weekend will focus on the basics of Tibetan meditation – preparation, intention, breath, stilling the mind and dealing with thoughts. There will be time to discuss and ask questions about your practice and any difficulties you may have in meditation.


Friday 7–9pm Sang Chod: Fire Puja Ritual

Saturday 10am–3:30pm (lunch break noon–1:30pm)

Saturday 6pm - COMMUNITY POTLUCK - all are welcome!
