STEWARDS OF GORGE HARBOUR Society invites you to attend our General Meeting, at 10:00 a.m. April 10, 2010 at Gorge Hall. A one hour discussion will review the status of the revised shellfish farm application for the Gorge. This will be followed by refreshments. Our guest speaker, Dr. Tara MacDonald, will speak at 11:30 p.m. Tara, a Visiting Fellow with Fisheries and Oceans Canada, will share her knowledge of marine ecology with a presentation on “ The ecology of a coastal seas: Benthic invertebrate communities of the Strait of Georgia, British Columbia”.
