Traditional Thai Massage uses a combination of pressure point manipulation and stretching techniques. It is a fully-clothed massage that takes place on a mat, not a table, so that the practitioner's body can be used for leverage in smooth transitions between stretches.

Benefits include:
* aiding in stress-reduction & full-body relaxation
* increased flexibility by opening tight joints and lengthening muscles
* reducing or eliminating painful motion by freeing muscles, pinched nerves and joint pain (for example, people with sciatic pain caused by hip & lower back tension have experienced both short & long-term relief from Thai massage)
* tonifying the nervous system by stimulating energy lines and points and specific nerve endings

Although much of the history of Thai massage was lost during a Burmese invasion of Thailand, it is thought that Thai massage has its roots in India over 2000 years ago in Ayurvedic medicine, and it was brought to Thailand by Buddhist monks. These days, it's being brought to you from Thailand by me and others who have experienced the relaxing benefits of this complete form of massage.
