Wu style T'ai Chi classes are starting up again on Thursday the 18th February at Gorge Hall at 9 AM.
This style is known as the Moving Meditation and is great for older bones as well as young ones. It helps with balance, concentration and aching bones and muscles.
All ages welcome.
