Short Notices & Workshops: Kundalini Yoga at Mansons Hall
Starting March 13th Martin will be offering Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan at the Mansons Hall upstairs Yoga studio on Mondays at 7pm until 8:30 pm.
Kundalini is known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’. It works by strengthening and balancing the glandular and nervous systems. In the classes students will learn asanas/ yogic postures, pranic breathing, meditation and mantra/chanting. Kundalini Yoga aligns the body, mind and spirit, giving the practitioner access to powers and wisdom stored within. It is a non-denominational yoga practice for everyone and is designed for people from all walks of life.
The classes are good for beginners, intermediate or advanced. Flexibility or previous yoga experience is not required.
Martin has been a KRI certified Yoga teacher since 2009. He studied Yoga in Canada, the US and India. He taught classes in Haiti, India, Germany and Canada.
