Sukha Yoga- Vin to Yin
10-10:15 Vinyasa Flow;
to warm up and energize the body, develop a marriage of breath and movement and to sweat.
long-held poses targeting the deep connective tissues of the body using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian theory, as it's framework.
Vinyasa portion of class is optional. A smattering of hatha and restorative poses may also be employed.
Bring your own mat, props, pillow or heavy blanket. Props provided if needed. Location: Linnaea- Lakeview Room (upstairs)
