• Be open:
o Weekends?
o Evenings? (or at least one of them?)
o Mornings?
• Provide programming?
• Be able to provide more support, along with faster processing times?
Help make it happen, and support our Library!!!

Liked your letter Shoshona; have already forwarded it to Rosemary.
Unfortunately, the cc recipient, Susan Yates, is no longer the Library Manager. This is a great loss to the Cortes Branch, (she was it's strongest advocate), and to the entire VIRL system.
Perhaps the subject of another protest letter...
