This class has a focus on gentle mobilization and stabilization exercises to support the spine, joints and musculature. There will be material from the Pilates method and Yamuna® Body Rolling to help align the body, develop core strength, coordination and balance. This class is safe for Osteoporosis/Osteopenia.
$50 for 4 week session or $15 drop-in
