This class is geared towards the golden age with a focus on gentle mobilization and stabilization exercises to support the spine, joints and musculature. There will be material from the Pilates method and Yamuna Body Rolling to help align the body, develop core strength, coordination and balance. This class is safe for Osteoporosis/Osteopenia.
