Kundalini is known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’. It works by strengthening and balancing the glandular and nervous systems. In the classes students will learn asanas/ yogic postures, pranic breathing, meditation and mantra/chanting. Kundalini Yoga aligns the body, mind and spirit, giving the practitioner access to powers and wisdom stored within.
Classes $10 drop-in or $50 for 10.
