It will include individual as well as group instruction, providing information about typical obstacles and pitfalls with their remedies. It will be held over four evenings, from 7:00 to 9:00 : Sundays, Nov 16 1nd 23; and Wednesdays, Dec 3 and 10. Suggested donation $40.00, plus donation to support development of the temple.
The second program is a weekend non-resiotential retreat running from Friday evening, Nov 28 until Sunday afternoon, Nov. 30. Of eminent value in daily life, especially in the service, health, business and arts spheres, the four immeasurables practice also provides an opportunity to deepen one's spiritual practice, whichever path one happens to be on. Suggested donation of $75.00 plus a donation to the temple. Both programs will be held at Dorje Ling, 800 Oke Rd., off Red Granite. Call Scott for pre-registration and information.
