Music Therapy with Lulu Leathley
Lulu Leathley: A music facilitator trained under Arthur Hall and Christine Stevens both well known music educators in the U.S. A background in Fine Arts and Education "Lulu" has been facilitating in schools and for special needs groups in Vancouver for many years and brings ones natural rhythm out in a fun way with either drums and or musical instruments she has collected from around the world.
WHAT IS MUSIC THERAPY?
Music Therapy is an established healthcare profession that uses music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals of all ages. Music therapy improves the quality of life for persons who are well and meets the needs of children, seniors and adults with disabilities or illnesses. Music therapy interventions can be designed to:
