I line catch all our salmon from the cold, clear, wild waters of Johnstone Strait. I then quickly hand dress and ice them on board to keep each fish in superior condition. Finally the fish are professionally cured and frozen by artisans at a local certified cannery. The result is excellent and healthy eating for you.

We offer several kinds of wild, line-caught, salmon in tins.

Sockeye in Tins
Hand-packed, troll-caught sock-eye canned in its own juice, salt. An excellent source of protein and calcium, and loaded with omega 3 oil. This is the same top-quality salmon we use in everything we sell.

Pink in Tins
Hand-packed, troll-caught pink canned in its own juice, salt. An excellent source of protein and calcium, and loaded with omega 3 oil.

Smoked Salmon in Tins
Hand-packed top-quality Keta or pink salmon, lightly brined with sugar and salt and then smoked. Conveniently packed in our “pop top” tins. Ready for your salad, pasta, sandwich or cream cheese dip.
