This painting is an acrylic on canvas. I was very intrigued by cloud patterns over the islands of Georgia Strait and did several studies before I began this acrylic, which continue to evolve as I worked. I love this area and my art always reflects the intimacy I develop through sketching, sketching and sketching some more. It's a process of repeatedly "bringing my attention to."
