The first Dream Cuisine dinner of the season takes place on Thursday, January 24th. Seatings at 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Get the early seating and then attend the Atlantic String Machine concert at the Gorge Hall later that evening at 8 PM.

Reserve by January 23rd at the Co-op store. $33 per person ($20 per child).

APPETIZER / savoury cheddar gougères and homemade lacto-fermented pickles

MAIN / lamb and local beef tourtière, spiced butternut squash purée, fiery apple and prune preserves, salad of fresh seasonal greens

DESSERT / millefeuille with fermented honey mousseline and tart plum coulis

Beer, cider, and wine available for purchase. Vegetarian option available (no gluten-free option though). Please state your preference while reserving.
